Project description

In a market flooded with beauty brands vying for attention with similar aesthetics, I embarked on a journey to break the mold. My curiosity, coupled with a desire for distinctiveness, led me to conceive DUSQ—a brand that challenges conventional beauty paradigms. Steering away from the industry's often homogeneous visual language, I dove deep into a world of contrasts, drawing inspiration from the enigmatic allure of gothic motifs and the quirky, offbeat charm of Tim Burton's universe.

DUSQ is not just a brand; it's a statement—an exploration into 'anti-beauty' that dares to embrace the unconventional. Its design is an intricate dance with the macabre, exuding a sense of intrigue that's both alluring and slightly unsettling. This is beauty for those who stand out, for the individuals who find beauty where others might not dare to look.

Creating DUSQ was an adventure of creativity unbound, a personal project that brought immense satisfaction over an intensive week of design and ideation.
